I am a dedicated coach and practitioner specialising in Mindfulness, Well-Being, and Positive Psychology. Drawing on a diverse toolkit—including Emotional Intelligence, the Magnetic Mind Method, the Jose Silva Method, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and Trauma Release Therapy—I design and deliver tailored programs to meet the unique needs of each client.
My approach begins with a thorough assessment of each client’s current life situation and past experiences. I listen attentively, evaluate their needs, and identify the most effective strategies and techniques to support their personal growth. Through one-on-one coaching, I guide clients in applying these strategies to their daily lives, helping them recondition behaviours and overcome limiting beliefs.
